Shedding the Shame Live

An intimate evening for women ready to stop carrying what was never theirs to hold.

Join me for a powerful evening of storytelling, reflection, connection, and symbolic release. Inspired by the Shedding the Shame podcast, this experience is designed to help you let go of the shame, silence, or pain you've been carrying and remember that you never have to carry it alone.

Limited to 30 women.

You Don’t Have to Carry it All Alone.

Maybe you've been carrying shame about...

  • your body

  • hair loss

  • infertility or miscarriage

  • divorce or heartbreak

  • childhood trauma

  • a toxic relationship

  • anxiety or burnout

  • grief

  • a friendship ending

  • something you've never told anyone

Or maybe you can't even put words to it. You just know you're tired of carrying it.

This evening is an invitation to set some of that weight down.

What is Shedding the Shame Live?

Inspired by my podcast, Shedding the Shame, this intimate gathering brings women together to do something we don't do often enough:

Tell the truth.

Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space where vulnerability is met with compassion instead of judgment.

Through guided reflection, storytelling, meaningful conversation, breathwork, and a symbolic release ceremony, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves you and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and less alone.

Meet Your Host

Hi, I'm Tami.

Like many women, I've spent parts of my life carrying things I thought I had to keep hidden. Experiences that left me questioning my worth, struggling in silence, and believing I had to hold everything together on my own.

Over the years, I've navigated hair loss, childhood trauma, difficult relationships, grief, and other life experiences that taught me just how isolating shame can be. But I've also discovered something powerful: the moment we begin sharing our stories, shame starts to lose its grip.

That realization changed the course of my life.

Today, through Hair Loss Pride and my Shedding the Shame podcast, I create spaces where women can show up authentically, feel deeply seen, and realize they are never as alone as they thought.

I've had the privilege of hearing hundreds of women's stories, and one truth continues to stand out:

The things we hide are often the very things that connect us.

That's why I created Shedding the Shame Live. My hope is that you'll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and reminded that your story deserves to be held with compassion, not judgment.

I’ll be sharing some of my personal story of shame and resilience, and how I’ve been able to turn my pain into purpose.
